Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment. This position does not involve creating new lessons or writing content. All work will focus on inputting, testing, and preparing existing lessons for deployment. Contractor will be compensated monthly and is expected to maintain a full-time (40+ hours / week) commitment throughout the contract term. This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role. Contractors are not employees of RoboKind and therefore are not eligible for company benefits such as insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans. Overtime pay does not apply, and hours and compensation will follow the terms outlined in the contract. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes and providing their own tools and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship with RoboKind.

Overview
RoboKind is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Assistant to support our Product and Content Development teams. This temporary, full-time contractor position focuses on preparing existing curriculum lessons for deployment within our in-house learning platform. The ideal candidate has strong technical proficiency, can follow structured workflows, and meets deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Input existing curriculum lessons into RoboKind’s in-house content tool with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate and review Amazon Polly audio files to support lesson narration.
- Test, review, and fix lessons to ensure functionality, accessibility, and readiness for deployment.
- Complete assigned edits and reviews based on internal quality control standards.
- Maintain organized records of work completed and communicate progress through established team channels.
- Meet project deadlines and collaborate effectively with the VP of Product and other team members to ensure smooth production and launch cycles.
