Department Details

Join our lab team to deliver exceptional patient care while gaining valuable medical skills. You'll play a critical role in our patients' diagnoses and contribute to their recovery journey!

  • Schedule : 8-hour shifts from 1 : 00pm to 9 : 30pm with every other weekend rotation.
  • No previous phlebotomy experience or certification is required. We offer on-the-job training for 5-6 weeks.

Duties Include :

  • Performing phlebotomy on a diverse patient demographic from children to elderly individuals.
  • Preparing samples for collection and ensuring proper inventory of supplies.
  • Documenting blood draw procedures accurately.

    Job Summary

    Your role will involve obtaining laboratory specimens while ensuring high-quality results, abiding by regulatory standards. You'll interact with patients, safely collect samples, and maintain accurate records of patient information.

    Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a medical setting is beneficial, and knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology is a plus.
  • Completion of a formal phlebotomy program or related experience is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
