Provide critical care nursing to ventilator-dependent patients in an LTAC environment.\nMonitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting treatments as necessary.\nAdminister medications and interventions in accordance with physician orders.\nManage ventilators, IVs, and life-support equipment.\nDocument patient care accurately and comprehensively.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\nMaintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.\nRespond swiftly to emergent situations in a high-acuity setting.\n\n
