Summary
The Senior IT Applications Analyst utilizes specialized knowledge of software and systems components and applies knowledge and skills in problem-solving and configuration changes. This role analyzes, documents, installs, supports, and maintains applications, software, and systems for IMSD and client departments. The Senior IT Applications Analyst adheres to ITIL best practices and collaborates with client customers.
