Machinist, CAD / CAM & Uni-Graphics Programmer, Tool & Die Maker, Polisher

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Set-up and operate Ram EDM, Wire EDM, Surface Grinders, Jig Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder, parts that hold to the high quality machine standards required within the organization.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements.
• Must be able to select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as Mills, Lathes, Jig borers, and Grinders
• Programmers : Must possess a working knowledge of NX10, GIBBS CAM & PEPS or similar programs
• Polishers : Should possess patience & a steady hand as well as good hand / eye coordination

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

This will be a full time steady day light position, after probation period there is an opportunity for plenty of overtime.

Desired Qualifications

Must have working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD & T) or willing to learn!!!

Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry
