Data and AI Delivery Lead - Palantir Team

Overview

We are seeking a Data and AI Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of strategic projects within our Palantir platform team . This role will bridge business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to ensure Palantir-based solutions deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data-driven transformation programs, excellent stakeholder management, and hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams to deploy AI and data products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership – Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI initiatives on Palantir Foundry; define project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders; ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business value.
• Stakeholder & Program Management – Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical developers, and the Palantir engineering team; translate complex business requirements into technical solutions on Palantir; manage expectations and drive adoption of delivered capabilities.
• Technical & Solution Oversight – Oversee solution design, data integration, and AI / ML deployment within Palantir; ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise data strategy; provide guidance on leveraging Palantir tools for analytics, modeling, and operational workflows; lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data engineers, product owners, and analysts; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement; drive agile ways of working across the Palantir delivery team.
• Governance & Value Realization – Define KPIs to measure delivery success and adoption; ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements; continuously track and communicate the business impact of Palantir-enabled solutions.
