Proven negotiating skills and supplier assessment expertise. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across global and regional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools). Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for results. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Willingness to travel as required.
Job Title : Indirect Commodity Manager
Location : Dallas, TX (On-site)
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000

Day to day
- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for all indirect and MRO categories across the company.
- Identify indirect vendors, manage vendor relationships, and drive supplier development and integration.
- Drive cost reduction and working capital improvements across indirect spend categories.
- Conduct commodity category and industry analyses to identify opportunities and track key cost drivers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, including legal coordination, renewal tracking, and compliance monitoring.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop commercial agreements.
