Blending Machine Operators

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Blending Machine Operator for a company in Largo, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as weighing / measuring, operate Blending machines, 55lbs repetitive lifting, and other related duties.

Pay Rate

$16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM.

Monday through Thursday, 2 : 00 PM to 12 : 45 AM

Blending Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate blending machines and feed machines with raw materials.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed.
  • Weight and measure the final product.
  • Place pallets in their designed areas.
  • Follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

Blending Machine Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate required
  • Machine operator experience / Catalent soft gel blender experience a plus
  • Good reading and math skills / math testing required
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
  • Ability to stand for a 10 or 12-hour shift and lift up to 55 pounds consistently
