Specialist Needed

Key

• Review and enter customer orders accurately, ensuring backlog quality and compliance
• Manage order fulfillment from entry to completion, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Manufacturing, Applications, and Installation teams
• Provide shipping and billing instructions based on contract terms
• Proactively resolve and escalate issues that could impact order delivery or customer satisfaction
• Identify and categorize submission defects and assist in process improvements
• Collaborate with peers on cross-functional and multi-business deals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high data-entry volumes
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
