We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing Architectural and Engineering Design firm. This individual will support the design and development of electrical systems for K-12 and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with client needs and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be actively pursuing their Professional Engineer (PE) license and demonstrate strong technical skills and collaborative capabilities. This role involves working with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with architects and other engineers. This remote position requires the individual to live in the state of Michigan with the ability to regularly travel throughout the state to client sites.

Essential Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

• Design of electrical power, lighting, life safety and security systems for commercial and K-12 educational buildings.
• Develop detailed electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
