Florida Licensed Maintenance Technician

A company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to oversee on-the-ground operations at a resort.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair equipment, systems, and building components

Perform visual inspections and operational tests on machinery

Respond to customer requests and assist in the delivery of new equipment

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to assist with emergencies as they arise

Comfortable lifting objects up to 25-50 pounds

Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
