Help Lead a Global Gospel Movement From Behind the Scenes

At ABWE , our mission is to fulfill the Great Commission by multiplying leaders, churches, and missions movements among every people. As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President , you’ll be equipping a visionary leader to stay focused on what matters most : advancing the Gospel worldwide.

This is a high-trust role requiring discretion, initiative, and an eye for both people and process. You’ll help keep the Office of the President moving forward—relationally, logistically, and spiritually.

  • Guard the President’s time —manage schedules, screen communications, and protect focus
  • Handle logistics with excellence —board meetings, travel, events, and projects
  • Prepare communications —reports, presentations, and donor correspondence
  • Build connections —representing the President with warmth and professionalism to staff, missionaries, donors, and partners
  • Stay proactive —anticipate needs, track priorities, and follow through carefully
  • Model servant leadership —showing hospitality, confidentiality, and relational wisdom in every interaction

  • Must-Haves :

  • A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with ABWE’s mission.
  • 3+ years of executive-level administrative experience (nonprofit or ministry setting preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven discretion with sensitive information.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Associate’s degree or higher in business / office administration.
  • Experience with CRM systems or donor databases.
  • Background in missions, ministry, or gospel-centered nonprofit work.
