Role and Qualifications

  • Role Designation : Subject Matter Expert - Level IV
  • IT Security Designation : None (Not an Information Systems position)
  • Investigation Required : Tier 2 (T2)
  • IA Technical / Management Designation : Not Required
  • Commercial (Baseline) Certificates : PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by the COR, ITIL 4
  • Experience in this Discipline : Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Minimum Education : Bachelor\'s degree and / or
  • Functional Responsibility : Provides expertise in the development and execution of business and financial solutions that adhere to government and industry best practices and standards. Serve as the expert on topics related to business process, service management, portfolio management, capital planning and investment / budgetary control. Serve as the expert on topics related to governance frameworks and organizational decision-making models. Serve as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the business and financial aspects of the organization. Provides a wide range of business and financial expertise to assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization\'s strategic vision, operational and tactical goals.
