What You'll Do

• Record and monitor daily banking and accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile cash deposits, sales tax activity, credit card activity, and bank debits
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports
• Support and complete month-end close in a timely manner
• Partner with Sales and Service Directors to manage cash flow, analyze variances, and schedule expenditures
• Collaborate with the accounting team, collections specialist, and AR specialists
• Serve as a collections escalation point when needed
• Prepare special reports and assist with financial analysis
