• Experience in engineering & Troubleshooting Enterprise Voice on SFB / Teams including SIP Trunks
• In-depth Knowledge of Skype for Business / Teams Hybrid setup
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, and its integration with S Server
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, Codecs knowledge and troubleshooting experience
