Assemblers are responsible for manufacturing mechanical and / or electrical products using defined processes, tools, and documentation. The position requires increasing levels of skill, leadership, and independence as employees advance from Assembler I through Assembler V. Development is structured through a skill-based progression matrix with hands-on training and task certifications. This role offers a high level of complexity and variety, with opportunities to work on a wide range of products. No two days are the same—this is far from an assembly line environment. The position emphasizes independent work, though collaboration with team members is occasionally required. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing setting and enjoys tackling diverse challenges. 1. General Duties (All Levels) 1. Use hand / power tools and test equipment per safety standards. 1. 2. Lift up to 50 pounds and operate cranes / forklifts (with certification). 1. 2.
