The Opportunity

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our team to the next level. This is not a hands-on coding role. This is a people-first, process-driven leadership position. You'll be the organizational engine of our team, combining strong project management skills with servant leadership to ensure our developers thrive and our products deliver exceptional value. Requirements

Team Leadership & Accountability

• Provide direct mentorship and support through regular one-on-one meetings.
• Set clear goals, track performance, with EOS Scorecards, conduct performance reviews, and support the professional growth.
• Hold developers and QA Engineers accountable for their work, ensuring a high-quality standard.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Salary $90,000-110,000k
