Corporate Trainer
As a Corporate Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver world-class training programs. You will play a key role in onboarding new associates, driving professional growth, and helping shape a culture of learning and development across the organization. These skills will be used to :
Improve associate productivity and engagement through effective project management, coordination, and facilitation of training programs.Assess organizational and individual development needs to drive training initiatives and proactively design and implement learning solutions.Ensure all training programs are aligned with business goals and strategies.Conduct assessments and analyses to identify performance, skill, and knowledge gaps.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Support and maintain the Learning Management System.Equip leaders across the organization with practical tools.Create, design, and distribute effective content and communication company-wide.Required qualifications :
Bachelors degree in education, communication, psychology, or related field.3+ years experience in corporate learning, education, sales, and / or construction management.Proven ability to manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication skillsspoken, written, and visual.Demonstrated success in creating and facilitating blended learning solutions.Preferred qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in an adult education position.Work experience in new home sales or construction.2+ years corporate work experience.Experience with a Learning Management System.Proficiency with Generative AI tools for content creation, learning design, and productivity enhancement.Physical demands and work environment :
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain.Must be able to utilize sensory skills and technology to effectively communicate.Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders.Must have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs.Must be able to endure and be exposed to different types of conditions.Must be able to properly use and wear protective gear.The value of a career with Fischer Homes :
