About The Position We are seeking a Hospitalist for an 8-day locum tenens assignment in Texas beginning Dec 15, 2025. This opportunity offers onsite 8-hour shifts with additional call. Call-back is rare, and admissions are required. The schedule runs Dec 15-22 with a 7a-7a shift structure. Job Details Location : Texas Start Date : Dec 15, 2025 LOA : 8 days Provider Type Needed : Hospitalist Schedule : 8 hours onsite daily with additional call; 7a-7a shift; Dec 15-22; call response time 30 minutes; call-back is very rare Responsibilities and Duties Provide inpatient care Perform admissions as required Work 8 hours onsite per shift with additional call coverage Respond to calls within 30 minutes Participate in rare call-back situations as needed Additional Information Active Texas medical license required (IMLC not accepted) Board certified or board eligible in Hospital Medicine Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
