Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Accounting Project Managerto provide leadership and oversight in managing key accounting projects, particularly in the administration of SAP Concur and driving operational efficiencies within the accounting team. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing accounting processes, overseeing system configurations, and delivering key financial initiatives to meet business objectives. Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Accounting Program Management :

• Lead and manage key accounting initiatives to drive operational efficiencies, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to identify areas for process improvements within the accounting function.
• Analyze data and feedback to recommend and optimize future initiatives.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of proposed initiatives to ensure organizational buy-in.
• Support the implementation of new accounting applications, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Supervise and track the progress of accounting initiatives against established timelines, ensuring all critical metrics are met.
• Manage and report on department critical metrics, ensuring transparency and timely communication of progress and results.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $141,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
