Wireless Store Leader

Your primary goal will be to drive the success of your sales team by implementing effective strategies, reaching sales targets, and ensuring the team is accountable, motivated, and focused on meeting revenue goals.
You'll provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed. You'll set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and create development plans to help team members grow and meet their individual and collective sales targets.
Ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service is a top priority. You'll work closely with your team to provide customers with tailored solutions, helping them understand the latest wireless technology, promotions, and service features.
You'll play a key role in recruiting new talent, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process for new sales staff.
Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
