Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager for Good Evans, a vibrant and inclusive kitchen environment. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise food preparation and cooking activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the management team on menu planning and improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding kitchen operations.
