Job Description

We're hiring someone to lead strategic clarity, modern ways of working, and operational cohesion across our Product organization. This Level 115 role will focus on advancing three priority areas :

• Mature our OKR practice to lead stronger agreement and focus
• Coach leaders and teams on our Product Operating Model (POM) to deepen adoption and impact
• Own portfolio-level operations that bring rhythm, visibility, and connection to our work

You'll join a collaborative team of transformation leaders working to shape how we operate, scale, and evolve as a modern product-led organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management you will :

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
