We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Loan Operations Specialist at our Wolfforth Banking Center. This schedule would be M-F 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm.

About the Role :

A successful Loan Operations Specialist possesses a keen attention to detail and professional communication skills. A Loan Operations Specialist is a team player and has great time management skills.

Primary Job Functions :

• Credit and collateral exception tracking and clearing
• Prepare Release of Liens and NOA's
• Work various daily tasks and reports
• Process insurance received via mail
• Support the team on tasks needed

Knowledge Required :

1. Customer and Personal Service

2. PC Skills : Input data, edit and / or create documents or reports in bank systems as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of banking policies and procedures

Education and / or Experience :

1. Bank experience in a lending capacity is preferred but not required.
