Position : Maintenance Engineer
Summary :
We are recruiting for a maintenance engineer for a Class-A office tower in the heart of Downtown Miami. The Maintenance Engineer supports the Chief Engineer and the Engineering team with the day-to-day operation of the property and provides support on a variety of building systems, ensuring critical systems are being maintained as per company and industry standards.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Work with and support contractors / vendors and building personnel.
- Respond to tenant requests and correct problems; make repairs as necessary.
- Provide hands-on service and maintenance of the building system.
- Assist engineers with operating and maintaining HVAC equipment.
- Maintain building support, safety, and security equipment.
- Maintain inventory of needed spare parts and tools.
- Respond to building emergencies.
- Assists Chief Engineer and Engineering team in the coordination of projects and maintenance tasks for engineering crew members.
- Assists Chief engineer and Engineering team with preventive maintenance programs for the building's mechanical systems.
- Maintain the preventative maintenance work order software.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :
Minimum two years of related experience
COMPUTER SKILLS :
Microsoft Outlook and Office package and EMS / BAS Software a plus.
