Restaurant Director, Director of Operations
Established Philadelphia restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant Director to oversee restaurant operations.
Requirements & Skills :
- Love of the Hospitality industry; enjoy guest interaction
- Guest focused, ability to provide exceptional experience
- Exceptional experience in high volume, upscale dining
- Ability to lead, motivate and train
- Special event execution
- POS system familiarity
- Knowledge of wine, spirits & beer
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, inventory
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to diffuse conflict
- Serve Safe MGR license
- Familiar with City of Phila Health Dept food safety regulations
