Position Overview :

Our Atlanta, Georgia office is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with a proven record of litigating high-value commercial trucking accident cases . The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of trial experience , strong strategic litigation skills, and experience managing a high-volume caseload in a corporate or large-firm environment . This position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing team dedicated to achieving justice for injury victims nationwide.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage complex personal injury cases involving commercial trucking accidents from intake through verdict.
Oversee case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with legal staff and paralegals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Provide exceptional client communication and uphold the firm’s standards of excellence and integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

10+ years of trial experience litigating high-value commercial trucking accident cases

Background in a high-volume, corporate litigation environment

Georgia Bar admission (or eligibility for reciprocity)

Proven record of successful case outcomes and courtroom advocacy

Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills

Bilingual capabilities a plus
