Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Source Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13 week Travel Contract to provide coverage to outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility. Monday-Friday, Days 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. No weekends, no call. Largely outpatient hospital based setting. Some coverage of inpatient / sub-acute Facility is a Small, Critical Access Hospital Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept. 8 beds Charting System : EPIC Must be licensed in the state of SD as a Physical Therapist. BLS required Will accept local candidates : Please discuss local rate with your Recruiter Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility. Per Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.
