An Insight Global customer is looking to hire an End User Site Technician for a customer site in Port Deposit, MD. This person will be the onsite POC for the clients automated customer warehouse facility setting up and troubleshooting printers, laptops, thin clients, and RF Scanners. This role is essential in the success of day-to-day operations in the facility. This person will work 100% onsite and be the onsite tier 1 support for anything hardware related. This is a first shift role, typically 40-50 hours a week, M-F, with some OT and weekends as needed. There is a chance this role could get extended into other facilities outside of Maryland and would require travel if so (80% travel).
