Job Summary

Summary : This essential role supports the cleanliness and sanitation of concession stands and mobile beverage carts, contributing to a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for all staff, guests, and event attendees at Camp Randall Stadium and the Kohl Center Arena. Ideal candidates take pride in detailed cleaning work and understand the importance of maintaining health and safety standards in a high-traffic, food service setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and sanitize countertops and work surfaces.
• Sweep and mop concession stand floors.
• Clean glass surfaces and windows.
• Perform oven and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of soda fountain machines.
• Sanitize open-environment food carts.
• De-lime and sanitize sinks, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Address build-up or debris that may accumulate in or around open-air food service areas.
• Assist with general concession cleaning and upkeep as needed based on event scheduling and staffing needs.
• Implement techniques that adhere to the University of Wisconsin-Madisons Health-Code Standards.
