• Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership :
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver designs for master planning, commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and multi-family developments.
• Design & Planning :
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create civil site drawings including grading plans, stormwater systems, utility plans, and roadway layouts.
• Permitting & Compliance :
• Manage permitting processes and ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations.
• Client Coordination :
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership :
• Mentor and guide professional staff and team members, promoting collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.
• Optional Client-Facing Role :

• Qualifications :
• Qualifications
• Experience :
• 8+ years required, 10+ years preferred in civil / site development projects.
• Licensure :
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
• Education :
• Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred (not mandatory if licensed).
• Software :
• Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Other :
• Willingness to work in-office and ability to manage multiple project types simultaneously. Project Focus
• Exposure to a
• broad range of project types
• including master planning, commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, drainage infrastructure, and roadway projects.
• Private-sector focus; public works projects are limited.
• Familiarity with large-scale developments like
