Hair And Makeup Assistant – CBZ Makeup & Hairstyles, Boston, MA

Location : Based in Boston, MA – open to travel for events and shoots across New England.

Salary : $15–$22 / hr (based on experience) | Event day rates available.

About Us

CBZ Makeup & Hairstyles specializes in makeup, hairstyling, styling, personal lessons, photography, and pageant work. With experience in bridal, fashion, and pageants, CBZ is known for flawless makeup and customized hairstyles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with hair prep and hairstyling support (sectioning, tool setup, accessories).
  • Help with makeup setup and basic support.
  • Provide touch-ups under guidance.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Interest in hair styling and makeup.
  • Beginners welcome – must be ready to learn.
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional.
  • Flexible to travel for events and shoots.
  • Prior experience a plus, but training will be provided.
