This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a distinctive lifestyle hotel, fostering a culture of exceptional service while driving financial performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring seamless operations and an elevated guest experience.
  • Oversee rooms, food & beverage, sales, and overall property performance while maintaining brand standards.
  • Develop and mentor department heads and staff, creating a high-performing, engaged team culture.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Implement guest service initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and online reputation.
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, marketing efforts, and capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in boutique or luxury hotels .
  • Proven track record of operational excellence and guest satisfaction improvement .
  • Strong background in financial management and team development .
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in boutique, lifestyle-driven environments .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
