Job Summary
The Measurement Analyst ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of measurement data related to volume and energy quantities. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations while identifying and resolving discrepancies in measurement systems and data. The position collaborates with operations, accounting, and engineering teams to provide technical expertise, maintain data integrity, and optimize measurement processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes, processes, and edits data used in the determination of measurement volume and energy quantities.
Collects, organizes, and reviews measurement data from diverse data sources.
Analyzes large data sets to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely measurement data.
Works with the measurement technician / accounting / stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Applies skills and concepts to ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility throughout the department / company.
Tracks, troubleshoots, and communicates system balances to stakeholders.
Maintains, generates, and distributes reports to stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (or GED).
Minimum of two (2) years of direct measurement analyst experience.
Experience with Flowcal and TestIt
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Previous oil and gas experience.
Previous experience with PowerBi and / or Spotfire.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
