Company Overview

Our client operates two complementary ventures : a long-established property management business in Davis and a fast-scaling SaaS platform used by property professionals across the U.S. With both growing steadily, they’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the financial heartbeat of their operations.

Your Role

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping books clean, current, and audit-ready. This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy, timeliness, and clarity, supporting the founder and small operations team with reliable financial data and well-organized records.

You’ll :

Maintain accurate books across both entities (property management & SaaS).

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly.

Record and categorize income, expenses, and vendor payments.

Track accounts payable and receivable; flag issues promptly.

Support month-end and year-end closings.

Manage invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.

Assist with reporting for taxes, budgeting, and forecasting.

Communicate with the founder and CPA as needed.

You Bring :

Proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar).

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Comfort handling multi-entity or small-business accounting.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Integrity and confidentiality in financial handling.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Tech comfort with spreadsheets and accounting tools.
