Bilingual Member Services Representative (REMOTE)

Overview

100% REMOTE; Must live in Nevada, New Mexico, or Texas. Must be fluent in English and in one of the following languages : Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Member Support : Act as an advocate for members by addressing questions and concerns regarding healthcare benefits and services.
• Language Interpretation : Provide interpretation support for incoming calls. While call volume is expected to be low, candidates must be able to conduct full conversations in Cantonese.
• Administrative Support : Perform light administrative tasks during downtime, including database maintenance, ad hoc projects, and limited outbound calling.
• Training : Comprehensive training will be provided for all administrative duties and call handling expectations.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
