Senior Full Stack Developer

Our client is a forward-thinking technology company specializing in innovative web solutions and cloud services. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in modern web development and cloud technologies.

Location : Remote but local to Washington DC | Pay : $50 an hour

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. We offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript, CSS, SASS, HTML, Node.js, and React.js (or other JavaScript frameworks).
• Design and implement scalable solutions on AWS using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build and manage CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and CircleCI.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker for application deployment.
• Write and maintain scripts in Python and Bash for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Integrate RESTful API endpoints with the React frontend to fetch and manipulate data.
• Debug and test applications using tools like Jest and React Testing Library.
