We’re seeking a strategic, people-focused Talent Development Coordinator to join our cross-functional enterprise, comprised of New + Found, Lawrence Group, and Integrate Construction—a collaborative consortium specializing in real estate development, architecture, and construction.
In this role, you’ll assist the Talent Development team in delivering recruiting support, coordinating onboarding, managing training logistics, tracking talent metrics, and helping foster employee engagement. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll gain exposure to all areas of talent development while supporting enterprise-wide growth and employee success.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Recruiting & Onboarding Support
Assist with scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding and orientation, including scheduling trainings and preparing materials.Assist with ensuring smooth integration of new employees through regular follow-ups.Learning & Development
Provide administrative support for training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, preparing resources, and tracking attendance.Assist with setting up virtual and in-person training events, coordinating logistics, and collecting feedback surveys.Maintain accurate records of learning activities within the learning management system (LMS).Performance & HRIS Data, Reporting & Systems
Assist with the preparation of performance review timelines, communications, and employee resources.Assist with HRIS data entry and auditing to ensure accurate employee records are maintained while handling all information in a confidential and professional mannerTalent Engagement & Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding talent programs, training, and onboarding.Support Business Resource Groups (BRGs) by managing logistics and sharing communications.Support additional talent initiatives and projects as assigned.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of experience in talent development, human resources, or a similar people-focused role, experience in architecture, development, or construction industries is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated empathy, active listening, and collaboration.Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead with initiative, and build strong relationships across departments.Reporting Relationship :

Supervisory Responsibility :
This is not a supervisory position
Work Environment
Hybrid work schedule available. Standard office equipment used. Minimal travel expected.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible.
