About the Role

Seeking an organized individual with strong planning skills and knowledge of technology utilization in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Experience with recognized EHR systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess IT risk factors related to EHR application security and infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, inventory, and software using tools like Active Directory, Asset Panda, and others.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, and other specified tools.
• Provide Tier III support and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform hardware / software troubleshooting, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Maintain operational procedures and support capacity planning.
