OBJECTIVES
- Own the end-to-end client relationship across a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and service opportunities
- Translate business objectives into digital marketing goals and strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Ads and Development teams
- Manage website and custom development projects
- Prepare and present client-facing reports, performance updates, and quarterly business reviews
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and optimization through suggestive upselling of products, tiered packages, and enhancements that drive the client journey
- Manage onboarding, goal setting, communication cadence, and client feedback
- Keep internal teams aligned, accountable, and on target with deliverables
- Grow client accounts through relationship building and successful service delivery
COMPETENCIES
3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles within B2B marketingManage multiple clients and project concurrentlyUnderstanding of key digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content CreationGeneral understanding of WordpressGeneral understanding of Project and Account Management Tools (Liquid Planner, Asana, etc)Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and complex strategiesDeep understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they impact business outcomesStrong project management and communication skillsExperience with tools like SEMrush, Hubspot, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, renewals, and upsellsAbility to problem solve and work internal teams to present client solutionsConfidence, clarity, and professionalism under pressureEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
