job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRide in Class-A Truck with a Professional Driver and provide service to multiple customers on a designated route. Hand-loading tire waste into trailers. (Up to 100 lbs.) Lifting and moving tires of all sizes. Complete pre-and post-operation vehicle inspection in accordance with Company policy; report any safety issues on standard reports. Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers, and others daily to ensure all customer routes are serviced promptly and professionally. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. First Shift Career advancement (help you obtain CDL) Stable and growing organization Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus Free set of any tires once a year (eligible after your first 90 days of employment) Professional, positive, and people-centered work environment Must be at least 18 years of age Legally able to work in the United States Previous experience in a similar work environment Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be able to work in elements of weather Physical requirements : while performing the duties of the job is to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, carry, and manipulate large and heavy tires up to 100 lbs

What to Expect
The Driver Helper rides with a CDL driver and assists with providing prompt, courteous, complete tire removal services at customer locations. This is a physically demanding job that requires strength, good balance, and dexterity. Our key requirements include a "Safety First" attitude, professional & courteous demeanor, solid work ethic & strong customer service skills.
