To be considered you will need
Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapist assistant is requiredAt least one year of experience as a PTExperience with Net HealthResident Care :
Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing.Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Physical TherapistResponds to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to Physical TherapistImplements and modifies the patient’s physical therapy plan of treatment with PT supervision.Measures & records patient’s motor function, strength, and muscle performanceMonitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration.Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state / federal regulatory requirements.Training / Education :
Participate in collaborative care conferencesCoordinate and provide training with Restorative Nursing and other Care staffProvide education and training to patient, caregiver, and community partnersAssist with training and education of facility and professional partnersEnsure compliance with mandatory education, training and competency programs
