Senior Project Manager / Project Executive – Miami, FL

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager / Project Executive on behalf of one of our clients - to lead a landmark real estate development project in the heart of Miami. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the city's skyline while working with a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of development and construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.
  • Lead coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in project management within real estate development.
  • Strong track record of delivering large-scale, high-value projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools.
  • Based in Miami, FL.
