JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Crisis Clinical Supervisor , under the supervision of the Clinical Director or Clinical Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and supervision of Crisis Workers in offices in Umatilla county. Best to live in Morrow or Umatilla county.

The Crisis Clinical Supervisor plans, assigns, directs and reviews the clinical work of mental health therapists. They ensure that the relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) are adhered to, monitors quality assurance and develops and monitors treatment protocols. The Crisis Supervisor also formally reviews and signs off on assessments and treatments plans developed by clinicians.

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight on a daily and regular basis to assigned clinicians.
• Ensure that assigned clinicians are apprised of current evidence-based practices (EBP's), implements EBP's, and ensures that the agency is meeting or exceeding standards of good clinical outcomes.
• Ensure that all paperwork by the clinical staff is completed in a professional and timely manner and provide supervision when this goal is not being met.
• Provide after-hours emergency services on a 24-hour, rotating basis to adults and children. This includes telephone consultation and crisis intervention in the community. May also participate in the back up on call supervisory rotation on a 24-hour rotating basis.
• This position recruits, hires and trains new staff. They provide supervision and conduct performance evaluations.
• This position will maintain a caseload. This position will provide quality individual, group and family counseling services. Ensure that all paperwork is professional and timely.
• Work with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure that clinicians are meeting quality assurance standards. When requested, participate in internal administrative meetings and hold regular clinical staff meetings.
• Communicate with members of the public to coordinate work programs, inform the public about our services, and speak with groups about our services and / or specific areas of mental health and alcohol / drug programs.
• Assist Office Manager in ensuring that there is a good working relationship between clerical and clinical staff and lines of communication are kept open.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Clinical Supervisor I

have 2 years of post-grad experience in the delivery of clinical services Prefer supervisor & crisis experience.

Clinical Supervisor II – Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with 5 years' experience in delivery of clinical services. Prefer 3 years' experience being a supervisor in crisis related field.

Clinical Supervisor I (non-licensed) : ($73,900 - $111,600 annually, depending on experience)

Clinical Supervisor II (fully licensed) : ($81,000 - $123,100 annually, depending on experience)
