Roles / Responsibilities :
Assigned Personnel will demonstrate the required technical skills and reliability to assist the State in completing the project consistent with the Directives of the State IT Systems Developer IV, and the objectives set forth in the Project Charter, approved business case or guiding principles and other associated project documents.
The contractor will work with the project team to ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards as defined by the State including that each project be successfully executed and completed on time, within scope, and within budget using State-approved principles as set forth herein.
Assigned Personnel must behave and perform in a professional manner. The State may, in its reasonable discretion, require the Contractor to replace any Assigned Personnel who engages in unprofessional or unethical conduct, or engages in illegal activities, underperformance, harassment, discrimination, or generally disruptive or disrespectful behavior, by written notice to the Contractor of the requirement of replacement.
The Contractor must use reasonable efforts to promptly and expeditiously replace Assigned Personnel and replace all other personnel within 15 business days of receipt of the written notice unless otherwise mutually agreed.
