Description :

The Loyalty & Digital Engagement Specialist develops and executes strategies that drive Guest retention, increase engagement, and boost long-term Guest value. This role is hands-on and covers all aspects of loyalty and digital marketing—from campaign execution and analytics to content management and reporting. Working closely with internal teams, you will influence consumer behavior, maintain brand standards, and ensure digital platforms and campaigns are consistent, compliant, and effective.

What you will bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business—or equivalent relevant experience.

Proficiency with CRM platforms for marketing processes, segmentation, and reporting.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Ads, CMS platforms, and the ability to learn similar tools.

Understanding of digital ad campaign management and advertising performance metrics.

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with basic familiarity in JSON or SQL preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to solve problems and collaborate across teams.

Flexibility to travel and occasionally work non-peak hours.

What you will do :

Manage loyalty program promotions, Guest segmentation, email campaigns, and reporting.

Develop, execute, and analyze digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.

Maintain messaging and promotional content across Plum Market websites, ensuring ADA compliance.

Create and update Google Business Profile pages for all store locations.

Monitor campaign goals and tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Produce campaign recap briefs with insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Uphold brand standards across all digital collateral, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Audit and enhance website systems and processes to improve performance and efficiency.

Meet deadlines consistently while adapting to shifting business priorities and calendars.
