job_description.job_card.job_descriptionValid Louisiana Driver's License for 3 year period Must possess typing skills / computer knowledge Must maintain confidentiality at all times Must greet visitors, employees, and client with professional courtesy at all times Administers medications to community home clients in accordance with state CMA rules and regulations Records client vital signs on MAR as ordered by the physician. Ensures other medical information (such as blood sugar reading, etc.) are recorded as ordered Completes all necessary re-certification training in order to retain CMA Certificate Reports any medication errors, side effects of medications, or medication refusals to the LCC nurse immediately Completes all medication passes as scheduled or requested
We are seeking a Lead Shift Supervisor, CMA (DHH Certified Medication Attendant) to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Shift is : Saturday / Sunday 8pm - 8am & Thursday / Friday 4pm - 12am
Responsibilities :
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Provide daily living skills assistance to people with disabilities
- Supervise homes and employees in the department.
