Summary :

Schedule-The hours are 4pm to 8pm Monday through Friday! Location is Malone Family Tower at MMC.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
