• Providing tax expertise to clients, including tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support;
• Assisting clients with simple to complex tax situations, such as personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments;
• Facilitating discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice;
• Utilizing resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
