Job Title : Director of Nursing (DON)

Location : Warrensville, OH

Compensation : $100,000 $120,000 annually

Provide strong leadership and oversight of all nursing operations

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices in resident care

Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff

Qualifications :

Current RN license in Ohio (required)

Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (required)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven success with staff development, compliance, and quality care outcomes
